items you plan to purchase and to view the total dollar amount of your
purchase including shipping & handling and sales tax (if applicable).

SHIPPING
& HANDLING and SALES TAX: All internet orders are shipped
UPS Ground Service with a maximum shipping cost per order of $12.00 in the
continental U.S. Please call us prior to placing international orders or
if you require special shipping needs or need a freight quote for large
items. California Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within
the state of California.
