Do You Know What This Is ?
| This interesting piece was discovered recently by Bill Wilson metal detecting on his mining claim at Gold Stone California. The area had some mining activity before 1900 but saw it's peak activity around 1916. He was using his Garrett 550x detector. It is made of copper or bronze, is 1 1/4" tall and 1 wide. Looks like it may have been a watch fob. | |
